On Saturday, August 21st the families residing in the CYP’s adopted Grace House Apartment braved the rain and headed out to the local pool for some water fun. There were a total of five children and two adults who took advantage of the pool day sponsored by the CYP. The families were very grateful for the afternoon and they also had lots of positive feedback on the delicious dinner that was cooked for them the Monday before the pool day. “We ate so much of the yummy food, there were hardly any leftovers the next day,” explained one of the young kids. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Grace House dinner and pool day (expecially Andrew for all the amazing cooking!!) These events were made possible by CYP fundraising efforts over the past few months.
